AMW ADE DJ MARATHON. TAPED!

This week Amsterdam was coloured yellow and there was one event that is unique; it was the 10th Anniversary of the famous AMW ADE DJ MARATHON. 5 days plus a little extra on Monday, 100+ DJs and a fantastic atmosphere in the bunker studio of Amsterdams Most Wanted. Sergio Tee was scheduled to play on Saturday October 25th in the morning at 10.00 AM.

“During ADE my friend Melferdi stayed over for two days and we did shifts together. He hosted the marathon and I did the bar en the door to let in the guests. On Saturday it was very very early and we were working so hard since Thursday. And on Saturday morning after only a few hours sleep we went much earlier to the AMW studio than planned. There was a hole in the schedule of shifts and so Melferdi and I decided to go earlier to help out. By the time it was my turn to play from 10.00 till 11.00 I was getting nervous, just because I was so tired knowing I had to be awake till 04.00 AM the next morning. And I wasn’t so sure about the selected tracks because I wanted to take some risks. But these risks were not really a good idea in this situation of feeling exhausted. For a second I was thinking about a spontaneous set with unselected tracks or… taking the risks. And so I went for it and I nailed it. I took the risks and played an incredible set that even brought some new followers on Instagram who were attending my set and celebrating the happy uplifting vibes..”

All the sets during this marathon are recorded and so Sergio Tee’s set which starts progressive and turns into a happy uplifting mix of house and tech house. Ending with a bit of techno. The set also includes a few classics and some tracks by WhiteTronicZ and Sergio Tee. Soon the mix set will be released. In the meantime you can enjoy the mix set ADE 2025, released on October 22.
