New track online!

Since January the first thing to do for Sergio was to go back to school. He wanted to focus more and more on his music. Although he released some tunes he really wanted to learn how to create music and learn the whole process. So he made some tracks in a few different styles. And one of those tunes is a true deep cut called Something About You.

The track is inspired by a moment of sadness, and it’s about reflection as well. This track takes you to the dance floor and celebrate the connection. Everyone knows what it feels like when you’re misunderstood, replaced or rejected. “The inspiration came directly from the lyrics when a close friend of mine was questioning our friendship and he told me his difficulties”, Sergio explains, “when I heard the samples for the very first time it was like I was talking with my friend and questioning myself about this friendship too. So from there working on it this track was supposed to become a tune with a deeper meaning. And about the friendship. This guy is one of my best friends. And I’m proud he was the inspiration for it.”

Something About You was played as a demo on the live shows in February/March during the live shows of Crown House at Amsterdams Most Wanted. Now a shorter new version is mastered and available on Soundcloud.
